San Sebastian coffee is produced by dedicated smallholder members of OCCICAFE (The Association de Productores de Cafe de Alta Calidad del Occidente del Huila), situated in La Plata, Huila. These growers are committed to upholding quality and minimising environmental impact throughout the coffee production process. The smallholders process their coffee, drying it on covered patios before delivering the beans to the OCCICAFE lab, where each lot undergoes classification.
